I am satisfied with the antenna, it requires some modifications for QRO operation 🙂

Love it! No longer have to keep changing antennas etc, it just works. As a kit it was a joy to assemble. Really appreciate the few extra nuts washers etc, it’s a real pain to try and find a lost washer in the grass! However, how do I stop the moles from digging up my radials?? If you made an anti-mole kit I’d buy it!! Many thanks

Checked by Gina and dispatched by Loki. Excellent service could not be better. Antenna works amazingly well, far exceeded my expectations in my small garden. Very pleased. Many thanks. G5YZI.

I couldn't be more satisfied with this antenna if I tried. After doing a little research after my HF360 died, I chose the Rapide Plus. Ordering, so simple. Delivery, ordered on a Wednesday delivered on the Friday. Sat down on the Saturday morning watched a few video's from Cal and a few others on youtube and got the instruction from the website and started to build. One piece of advise I would give read each instruction twice and when it comes to cutting the wire lengths read twice, measure twice before you cut (I almost made a mistake at this point) You have just enough wire to do the verticals and the radials. I have a Yaesu FT710 and following the cut charts and the using the built in ATU 1.1 swr across all bands from 40 down to 6 (I swapped the 30 for 40). The antenna has now been up for 1 month and I have made some very minor alterations to some of the vertical lengths but to be honest really no need its just me playing its working great.
